    Fresco-Style means our freshly prepared pico de gallo is substituted for any mayo based sauces, guacamole, reduced-fat sour cream and cheese. Fat reduction varies per menu item and not all menu items will meet a 25% reduction in fat.

    The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend limiting saturated fat to 20 grams and sodium to 2,300 milligrams for a typical adult eating 2,000 calories daily. Recommended limits may be higher or lower depending on daily calorie consumption. More information is available at

    Peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish are not used in regular menu items served in Taco Bell® restaurants. However, these regular menu items may be produced in common manufacturing facilities that do produce products with peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. These allergens may be used in Test and Limited Time Only (“LTO”) offerings in certain locations.

    *Taco Bell® is the first QSR restaurant to offer American Vegetarian Association (AVA) certified Vegetarian food items, which defines vegetarian as lacto-ovo, allowing the consumption of dairy and eggs but does not include any animal byproducts. Please note that in some restaurants we use the same frying oil to prepare menu items that may or may not contain meat. All vegetarian ingredients are handled by our employees in common with meat ingredients, which may not be acceptable to certain types of vegetarian diets.     Taco Bell® does not claim “gluten-free” for any ingredients or menu items. There are Taco Bell® ingredients that are made without gluten containing ingredients but are prepared in a common kitchen areas, including common fryer oil, with the risk of gluten exposure; therefore, Taco Bell® does not recommend products for customers with celiac disease.
